Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 cans (6 oz each) tuna (drained & flaked)
  • 1 cup frozen corn (thawed)
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • Instructions
  • In a bowl, combine yogurt, salsa, & pepper; mix well
  • Add tuna, corn, & green bell pepper
  • Toss to coast
  • Serve in a lettuce lined bowl
