| Ingredients |
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cans (6 oz each) tuna (drained & flaked)
1 cup frozen corn (thawed)
1 cup chopped green bell pepper

| Instructions |
In a bowl, combine yogurt, salsa, & pepper; mix well
Add tuna, corn, & green bell pepper
Toss to coast
Serve in a lettuce lined bowl
