| Ingredients |
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 cup water
2 cups Minute white rice, uncooked
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained
2 cups broccoli florets
1 lb cook shrimp

| Instructions |
Mix teriyaki sauce and garlic powder in large skillet
Stir in water and bring to boil on mediu,-high heat.
Stir in rice, water chestnuts, and broccoli; top with shrimp.
Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 minutes.
Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
