Recipe Name Teriyaki Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups Minute white rice, uncooked
  • 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 lb cook shrimp
  • Instructions
  • Mix teriyaki sauce and garlic powder in large skillet
  • Stir in water and bring to boil on mediu,-high heat.
  • Stir in rice, water chestnuts, and broccoli; top with shrimp.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.

    Variations Can subtitute 2 tbsp soy sauce for 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
