| Ingredients |
5 cups water
1 1/2 lbs unpeeled shrimp
3 3/4 cup uncooked corksrew macaroni
1 (6 oz) pkg chinese pea pods
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 1/2 tbsp chopped pimientos
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp coarsely ground pepper

| Instructions |
Bring water to a boil; add shrimp and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Darin well, rinse with cold water. Chill, peel, and devein shrimp and set aside.
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain, rinse with cold water; drain again.
Cook pea pods according to directions and set aside.
Combine shrimp, macaroni, pea pods, and remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Toss lightly until well coated. Chill 6 hours.
