20 oreo cookies
1/4 cup (1/2 sitck) butter
1 pkg (4-serving size) cookies 'n cream pudding
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup boiling water
1/3 cup peanuts, chopped
1/3 cup miniature marshmallows
2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate

Finely crush cookies, set aside. Microwave butter in large microwave-safe bowl on high 30 seconds or until completely melted.
Add cookie crumbs, mix well. Press crumb mixture firmly onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.
Mix dry pudding mix, sugar, and boiling water until well blended. Pour over crust.
Spread to completely cover crust. Sprinkle with peanuts and marshmallows.
Place chocolate squares in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high 45 seconds; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Drizzle over marshmallows. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set. Cut into 20 bars to serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
