2 box Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs
1 stick melted butter
1 small pkg frozen broccoli (thawed and drained)
1 small chopped onion
8 oz sour cream or small curd cottage cheese

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into 13x9 pan after spraying with pam
Bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes.
