| Ingredients |
1 stick butter
2 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
1 pkg (8 oz) sour cream
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup shreded monterey jack cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
corn chips or crackers
salt to taste

| Instructions |
Melt butter in large saucepan or skillet over medium heat
Add onions and cook until soft. about 5 minutes
Stir in spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, 3/4 cup cheese, 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, and salt
Stir until well blended and heated throughly
Pour mixture into 1/2 quart casserole dish and top with remaining monterey jack cheese and parmesan cheese
Bake at 350 until cheese starts to brown (about 10 minutes). Serve with corn chips or crackers
