Ingredients
  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • good sized handful of Spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup of Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 block of Cream Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Instructions
  • Dice the artichokes, spinach, and garlic and place in a bowl.
  • Add cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix together
  • Split chicken breasts and fill with the mixture. Add a thin coat of olive oil to the top of the chicken breasts.
  • Add salt and pepper onto the chicken breasts and bake at 425 for about 30 minutes.

    Variations Recipe could be expanded or cut in half . Just make more or less of the stuffing. You can also use pre-diced garlic or other ingredients. Broil for the last few minutes if desired for a more crispy top.
