4 Chicken Breasts
good sized handful of Spinach leaves
1/2 cup of Artichoke Hearts
2 cloves Garlic
1 block of Cream Cheese
Salt & Pepper

| Instructions |
Dice the artichokes, spinach, and garlic and place in a bowl.
Add cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
Mix together
Split chicken breasts and fill with the mixture. Add a thin coat of olive oil to the top of the chicken breasts.
Add salt and pepper onto the chicken breasts and bake at 425 for about 30 minutes.

| Variations |
Recipe could be expanded or cut in half . Just make more or less of the stuffing. You can also use pre-diced garlic or other ingredients. Broil for the last few minutes if desired for a more crispy top. |
