1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 (15 oz) ricotta cheese
2 eggs
2 (26 oz) pasta sauce
1 lb Italian sausage (cooked drained)
2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
chopped parsley

| Instructions |
Preheat oven to 350; in medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs; mix well; in 9x13 baking dish, spread 1 cup pasta sauce
layer with half each of uncooked lasagna, cheese mixture, sausage, remaining pasta sauce and mozzarella
repeat layering; top with parsley
cover tightly with foil; bake covered 1 hour
cool and freeze
to serve: thaw lasagna; preheat oven to 350; bake covered for 20 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes
