1 (9oz) pkg trim-color cheese tortellini
1 (7oz) Chuck Chicken (cooked)
1 (16 oz) pkg dry Alfredo sauce mix
2 cup milk
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup fresh vegetables (asparagus, bell peppers, broccoli)

| Instructions |
Cook tortellini according to package direction, drain, and keep warm
In medium non-stick skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil; add 1 1/2 cup sliced vegetables
saute 2 to 3 minutes over medium-high heat
in separate bowl, mix Alfredo sauce mix and milk
add sauce mixture to skillet and stir until thickened
add pasta and chicken; mix together and heat 5 additional minutes
