4 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp milk
1 (8oz) cool whip (thawed & divided)
1 chocolate flavor crumb crust (6 oz or 9 in)
2 cup cold milk
2 pkg (4 serving) jello chocolate instant pudding

| Instructions |
Beat cream cheese, sugar, 1 tbsp milk in large bowl until smooth; gently stir in 1/2 cool whip; spread on bottom of crust
pour 2 cup cold milk into large bowl; add pudding mixes; beat with wire whisk 2 minutes (mixture will be thick); pour over cream cheese layer
refrigerate 4 hours or until set; Just before serving, spread remaining cool whip over pudding layer
garnish with shaved chocolate
