| Ingredients |
1 pkg chocolate sandwich cookies (divided)
2 tbsp butter or margarine (melted)
4 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs

| Instructions |
Place 20 cookies in food processor and firmly ground
add butter and mix well
place and press into 13x9 baking pan
coarsely chop remaining 15 cookies and set aside; mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended
add eggs and mix well
stir in 1 1/2 cup of chopped cookies
Pour into crust; sprinkle remaining chopped cookies on top; Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set
Cool & refrigerate 3 hours or overnight; cut into bars
