| Ingredients |
1 9in unbaked pie crust
1/2 cup sweet potato & 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp cinnamon & 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup condensed milk

| Instructions |
Preheat oven to 350; bake sweet potatoes for 1 hour
Once sweet potatoes are cooked, scoop out sweet potato into large mixing bowl
combine remaining ingredients and mix well
pour into pie crust
place pi on middle rack on cookie sheet
bake for 45-50 minutes or until knife comes out clean
