| Ingredients |
1 fryer chicken
plain Doritos chips
melted butter
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can cheese whiz

| Instructions |
Boil the chicken
Saute onion and bell peppers in the melted butter
Add soup, rotel, and cheese whiz and let it melt
Add chicken to the mix
Dip doritos in the mix and line the bottom of a large casserole dish
Pour 1/2 of the mix and repeat layering the chips/mix. Doritos will be on the top as well
Cover with foil and cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
