Ingredients
  • 1 fryer chicken
  • plain Doritos chips
  • melted butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can cheese whiz
  • Instructions
  • Boil the chicken
  • Saute onion and bell peppers in the melted butter
  • Add soup, rotel, and cheese whiz and let it melt
  • Add chicken to the mix
  • Dip doritos in the mix and line the bottom of a large casserole dish
  • Pour 1/2 of the mix and repeat layering the chips/mix. Doritos will be on the top as well
  • Cover with foil and cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
