rice
eggs
salt
pepper
ranch dressing

| Instructions |
cook the ride in a rice cooker
put the ride in a microwavable bowl
add uncooked eggs on top of the ride in the bowl (do not mix)
cook in microwave for 1 minute (do not overcook or eggs will blow up). You want the egg yolk to be a little soft and runny.
add salt and pepper. Mix the eggs and rice (breaking the yolk is ok)
add ranch to the top of the dish.
Serve as is or with your favorite companion dish.
