| Ingredients |
5 eggs
5 slices of bacon (cooked & crumbled)
1/2 cup shreaded chedder cheese
1 can crescent rolls
1/4 cup milk
salt & pepper

| Instructions |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Be sure to cover with spray good for easy removal.
Divide crescent rolls into triangles. Put triangles in each muffin cup making sure to cover the entire muffin cup.
Refrigerate muffin tin while preparing filing
Combine eggs, milk, salt, & pepper.
Cook egg mixture slightly. Eggs should be firm but slightly runny.
Spoon egg mixture into muffin tin and sprinkle with bacon pieces. Top with cheese
Cook for 15 minutes or until edges of crescent rolls are golden brown
Use sharp knife to run along the edge to make it easier to remove.
