Recipe Name Slow Cook Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
  • 13 oz frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 lb sausage crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Instructions
  • Spray slow cooker with cooking spray or use liner.
  • Layer 1/2 hash brown potatoes on bottom
  • Top with 1/2 sausage, Mozzarella/Parmesan cheese, and green onions. Repeat layering
  • Beat eggs, milk, salt, & pepper in large bowl until well blended
  • Pour evenly over potato-sausage mixture
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours or until eggs are set.
