13 oz frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1/2 lb sausage crumbled
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
3 green onions, sliced
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

| Instructions |
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray or use liner.
Layer 1/2 hash brown potatoes on bottom
Top with 1/2 sausage, Mozzarella/Parmesan cheese, and green onions. Repeat layering
Beat eggs, milk, salt, & pepper in large bowl until well blended
Pour evenly over potato-sausage mixture
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours or until eggs are set.
