Sweet potatoes
marshmallows
2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup water
2 sticks butter (sliced)

| Instructions |
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into bite size pieces and place into baking dish.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and butter
Pour water over sweet potatoes
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until soft
Add marshmallows over sweet potatoes
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until brown
