Chuck and Taekwondo
Debi received a 4 week lesson, weapon, and uniform at the Taekwondo school from work. Chuck used it to start taking Taekwondo lessons. On the first day of class, Nick was making fun of him. “Daddy has a white belt and I have a green belt.”
Adult Self Defense
Debi and Chuck have signed up for an Adult Self Defense class after Nick’s Thursday night Taekwondo class. Nick loves it because he gets to watch a movie while they are in class.
Heart Walk & Fishing Tournament
Nick and Debi did the Heart Walk in downtown Dallas. Nick got to be pushed in the stroller while Debi pushed it. Chuck went on a fishing tournament with his dad. The weather was nice for both events.
Nick’s New Toy Box

Tour De Pants 2005
Today, I did my 2nd Tour de Pants bike ride. Once again we did the 42 mile route. We had a much better ride than last year, besting our finish time by over 30 minutes. The hills were challenging but with my new bike and better conditioning, I was able to do them without breaking […]
Collin Classic Ride
Today, I rode in the 14th annual Collin Classic bike ride. I did the 40-mile route with my friends Michael, Dan, and Matt. Overall, we had a really good ride. We kept a very nice pace and completed the ride quicker than we had previously ridden it. You can see a map of the route […]
