Chuck competed at Black Belt Nationals. On Friday, he received 2nd place in weapons. On Saturday, he competed in form and sparring. He didn’t place but did well.

Nick received his brown belt today and Chuck received his 1st degree black belt on the 12th.

Nick received his blue belt and Chuck recieved his red/black belt.

Chuck has his other eye done today. He is still recovering well. This one took a little longer because the nurses and doctors took a lunch break in the middle of everything. What is up with that?

Chuck had eye surgery on 1 eye today. He is recovering well. In a few days, we go back again for the other eye.

Chuck went on a fishing tournament. No one won anything but they all had a good time.

Nick and Chuck tested for their new belts. Nick is now a blue belt and Chuck is a red belt. We went out to dinner afterwards to celebrate their new belts. We went with fellow testers along with his instructors. It was a nice celebration dinner.

Nick received his purple belt with tiger patch and Chuck received his red belt.

Today we celebrate our 11th anniversary!
