We were approved by Immigration to adoption international. Not that we thought we would be denied it just took a while to get it approved.

Nick was sent home on Thursday for a fever. He went to the pediatrician Friday, because he was looking a little pale and wasn’t acting normal. We received our fingerprinting notice. We heard you can just walk in and get them without waiting until your appointment date and time. We tried it and we were in and out in 10 minutes. YAY!!!

Nick went to the ENT for his follow up visit and weighs 23 lbs 4 oz. ENT said his ears are looking good and he doesn’t need to go back unless he gets another ear infection. Nick got his first ear infection after his tube fell out and weighs 22 lbs. He will see the ENT in after he finishes his antibiotics to monitor the fluid build up in his ear.

We submitted our application to CIS to adopt international and bring her home. We heard it takes about a month to get it approved. We are hoping it will be a speedy month.

Nick had is well visit Friday. He weighs 21 lbs (10%), 30 1/4 inches (25%) tall, and head circumference is 18 5/8 inches (50%). His right tube fell out so the doctor is concerned about him getting an ear infection and having to get a tube put back in again. She was hoping it would […]
